You are not going to present us the account that you have obtained unlawfully.

You will not game or fake accounts followers and engagement.

You will comply with all laws which must be complied with in relation to the sale of a Digital Asset.

You will comply with any export restrictions which may apply to the export or import of Digital Assets or other Intellectual Property Rights to locations inside or outside UK or the territory in which you are located.

You warrant that you will not, by engaging SwapFame to provide the services, place SwapFame in breach of any law or obligation owing to a third party.

You will not undertake any act or cause any omission that will bring SwapFame, its brand, into disrepute.

You will provide SwapFame with all information requested by SwapFame that SwapFame requires to provide the requested service.

You will not use the account in a fraudulent or illegal manner, post or send any materials from the account that are offensive, unlawful, harassing, libellous, defamatory, abusive, threatening, harmful, vulgar, obscene, or that in any way break Instagram Terms.

You agree to keep confidential and secure any username or password used to access your newly obtained account.

You will comply with all laws which must be complied with in relation to the purchase of a Digital Asset.

You will comply with any export restrictions which may apply to the export or import of Digital Assets or other Intellectual Property Rights to locations inside or outside UK or the territory in which you are located.

You warrant that you will not, by engaging SwapFame to provide the services, place SwapFame in breach of any law or obligation owing to a third party.

You will provide SwapFame with all information requested by SwapFame that SwapFame requires to provide the requested service.

SwapFame accepts the following payment methods: Direct Bank Transfer, PayPal, BTC, ETH, USDT, USDC, and SWAPD.

Any transaction fees charged by payment processors are the responsibility of the buyer.

The account will be transferred to you only after your payment has successfully reached us.

If SwapFame issues you a refund, that refund will be paid to you using the same payment methods you used to pay SwapFame. All fees associated with both transfers will be withheld from the refund.

All payment information is kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties, except as required to process the payment.
